Dreamwithus and Minu.si are home and living e-commerce projects built by Denis Gorican, focused on bedding, furniture, home decoration and interior products across multiple European markets.

The projects grew from zero to more than €15 million in cumulative revenue, served over 300,000 customers and expanded across 14+ international markets, including Italy, Croatia, Czechia and other European countries.

Century 21 Slovenia

In 2016, I was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Slovenia and led the introduction of one of the world’s most recognized real estate franchise brands into the Slovenian market.

At the time, the Century 21 brand had little recognition in Slovenia. My role focused on building market awareness, recruiting real estate professionals, developing the local franchise network and positioning the brand within a highly competitive industry.

During the first year, we successfully sold seven franchise units and recruited a significant number of real estate agents across the country. This created the foundation for the long-term expansion of the Century 21 network in Slovenia.

Today, Century 21 Slovenia has grown into one of the largest real estate agency networks in the country, built on the early franchise development, agent recruitment and market positioning efforts carried out during the launch phase.
